You need to contact our support team at Contact Center. Note, unused code expires after the set period. Say, if you bought a 3 day code, and you haven't linked it to any device, then the code expires on the fourth day. You can only add the code for a single device. Usage on multiple device is strictly prohibited.
Go to our shop page and buy any product that suits your need. Wait for the existing plan to expire. You'll be then prompted to enter the new purchased code.
